Dr. Jeanes has lived in the Jackson area of Mississippi for most of his life. He graduated from Murrah High School and continued his education at Ole Miss in Oxford, Mississippi, where he lettered in football and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Dr. Jeanes then moved over to Mississippi State University (MSU) in Starkville, and received a Master of Science degree in Microbiology. In 1983, he graduated from the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine with his Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine.
Following his graduation from MSU’s veterinary college, Dr. Jeanes practiced at Northside Pet Clinic with Dr. Joe Tillery until 1992 when he opened Northtown Animal Clinic. Since that time, Dr. Jeanes has worked to make Northtown Animal Clinic one of the premier small animal clinics in the Jackson metro area.
